At The Diverse Mart, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. We do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

If you find the product faulty in terms of its breakage, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you make a Video Call, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.

Moreover, orders that are customized or given a discount are not eligible for Return /Refund or Chargeback.
